DOJO+: A UX/UI Solution for Growing Jiu-Jitsu Academies

For DOJO+, I designed an intuitive platform that helps Jiu-Jitsu academies streamline operations, enhance student engagement, and grow memberships. I developed a design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the platform. My UX approach focused on simplifying onboarding, optimizing scheduling, and improving dashboard usability to reduce friction and enhance efficiency. The platform addresses pain points like class management, membership tracking, and communication. The inclusion of a journey map was crucial in identifying key touchpoints and emotional lows. The UI blends modern aesthetics with the authentic spirit of Jiu-Jitsu, using a structured layout and strategic typography to create a professional yet approachable feel. The result is a platform that improves operational efficiency, fosters a sense of community, and brings in more users to increase overall engagement.
